A strange chica was arrested outside the home of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes in Beverly Hills recently. Emily Diane Leatherman, 32, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. on March 30th for “violation of a court order and possession of stolen property”.
Leatherman has an interesting history with celebrities. She supposedly stalked John Cusack for over a year. In June of last year, a judge ordered Leatherman to stay at least 500 feet away from Cusack.
In a shocking turn of events, Tom and Katie reportedly did not try to reach out to the woman and convert her to the Church of Scientology.
